Who can apply to join Paradise Foods?
We welcome adventurers, problem-solvers, and kind humans from all backgrounds. Whether you’re based in the Caribbean or across the ocean – if you’re passionate about good food, sustainability, logistics, or customer care, you’re in the right place.
Do I need to live on one of the islands?
Not necessarily! Some roles require on-site presence (like warehouse, delivery, or island coordination), but we also have remote-friendly positions in marketing, design, operations, and tech. Each job post will clarify the location requirements.
What’s the recruitment process like?
We keep it simple and human. Once you apply:
- We’ll review your application within 1–2 weeks.
- If there’s a match, we’ll reach out for a quick intro call.
- This may be followed by a task or a second conversation with your future team.
You’ll always hear back from us – no ghosting in paradise.
What kind of contracts do you offer?
It depends on the role and your location. We offer freelance, project-based, part-time, and full-time contracts – all designed with flexibility in mind. We work with people in Europe, US, the Caribbean, and beyond.
