Food is never only what arrives on a shelf or a kitchen counter. It is what allows a business to plan, a chef to serve, a producer to reach a market and a community to remain better prepared when supply is disrupted.
For Zoe Adamovicz, this connection between systems and real human outcomes has been a recurring theme throughout her career
From digital systems to practical access
Before co-founding Paradise Foods, Zoe built her career at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and access.
A serial technology entrepreneur, she co-founded ventures including software engineering company Concise Software, app discovery platform Xyo, market intelligence company Priori Data and blockchain-based investment platform Neufund. Her work has repeatedly focused on using technology to make complex systems more open, practical and connected.
She has also contributed to conversations around digital policy and innovation, advising public-sector stakeholders and supporting entrepreneurs through international mentoring initiatives.
These experiences shaped a clear point of view: technology creates value when it helps people participate, make decisions and access opportunities more effectively.
At Paradise Foods, that principle applies to something fundamental: food.
A problem first understood from the water
Paradise Foods was founded in 2022 by Zoe Adamovicz and Moritz Bratzke after years spent sailing in the Caribbean.
From the water, they encountered a practical problem. Provisioning across the islands could require several journeys ashore, uncertain product availability and complex coordination between shops, crews and delivery points. Freshness, timing and local knowledge mattered as much as the products themselves.

The first response was digital: a platform designed to make provisioning simpler for sailors and charter guests.
But as Paradise Foods worked with more vessels, businesses and island teams, the founders began to see a broader challenge. Reliable food access depended on much more than an ordering interface. It required trusted sourcing, local infrastructure, cold-chain capabilities, regional coordination and strong relationships in every market.
The company’s ambition therefore grew from simplifying individual provisioning journeys to strengthening the systems behind professional food supply.
Zoe into Paradise Foods
Zoe’s importance to Paradise Foods lies in her ability to connect a practical problem with a wider platform opportunity.
Her technology background supports the development of digital solutions that make ordering, information and coordination easier. Her entrepreneurial experience helps the company move between different environments: European suppliers, Caribbean businesses, investors, institutions and local partners.
Most importantly, she brings a long-term perspective to the company’s evolution.

Paradise Foods is no longer defined only by the delivery of groceries to yachts.
It is developing as a European-Caribbean platform working across B2B supply, distribution, local market access and strategic partnerships.
That transition requires more than growth. It requires clarity about who the company serves, where it can create practical value and how international sourcing can complement local production without diminishing it.
Zoe helps shape that direction by viewing technology, infrastructure and partnerships as parts of the same system.
Connecting both sides of the Atlantic
Paradise Foods works to connect Europe, the Caribbean and South America through food. This connection is not intended to move value in only one direction.
European sourcing can contribute to greater availability and more diversified supply. Caribbean knowledge helps shape solutions around the realities of individual islands. Local producers and businesses bring expertise, products and opportunities that can reach wider markets through stronger networks.
Zoe’s role is to help these different capabilities meet.
Her story at Paradise Foods is therefore not simply the story of a technology founder entering the food sector. It is the story of an entrepreneur applying years of experience in platforms, access and innovation to one of the most practical systems in everyday life.
Because food is not only a product. It is reliability, dignity, opportunity and connection – and the work required to make each of them possible.
