Don’t waste your first day of sailing on grocery shopping! Order at night (before 10:00 pm) and we will deliver in the morning.

Overnight delivery is a special service offered to Paradise Foods customers, available in Martinique (Le Marin) and Guadeloupe (Bas du Port). Our regular grocery delivery service will accompany you along your entire holiday!

Paradise Foods is your ultimate provisioning partner in the Caribbean. We provide a seamless way for sailors on catamarans, boats and yachts to order groceries and have them delivered directly to their boats, whether anchored in a bay or docked at a pier.

What types of products does Paradise Foods offer?

We offer a wide range of products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, beverages, pantry essentials, dairy products, snacks, meats, seafood, and more. Our selection is curated to meet the needs of sailors and maritime travelers.

How does Paradise Foods work?

It’s simple! Download our app, add your favorite products to the cart, place your order, and we’ll deliver the provisions right to your boat. You can relax and enjoy your sailing experience while we take care of the rest.

Can I schedule provisioning in advance?

Absolutely! You can plan your provisioning in advance, even weeks or months before your sailing trip. We offer flexible scheduling to ensure your provisions are ready when you need them.

What geographical areas do you serve?

Paradise Foods currently serves numerous bays across Martinique, Guadeloupe, the Grenadines, and soon Grenada. We’re continuously expanding to ensure we can provision you throughout your entire journey. Our goal is to expand, ensuring smooth provisioning across the whole Caribbean.

Do you offer full provisioning with delivery to docks or yachts based on a prepared list for 4-14 people?

Yes, for charters, we offer full provisioning services. For B2C users, you can create your custom baskets. Everything you need is available in our app. You can save your selection (basket) and reorder it during your next cruise. 

What is the time schedule for ordering?

When ordering via the app, you can place your order at the latest on the last day before departure. If you want your provisions in the afternoon, order in the morning or day before. There are no order limits regarding the date.

What happens if a product I ordered is not available? Can I modify the order, request a refund, or explore other alternatives?

If it’s in the app, it’s in stock and available for purchase. We update stock in real-time. In rare cases, if something isn’t available, we replace it with a similar or better-quality product. If you don’t want the replacement, we provide a refund. 

How do you cooperate with locals, and do you promote local products to sailors?

We have strong ties with local suppliers and promote their products to sailors, ensuring you get to experience the best of local cuisine and culture. Check “Buy local” category in the app! 🙂

What is the provisioning fee?

We do not have a provisioning fee; instead, we have a small delivery fee of 5-10 EUR.

Is there customer service available if the delivery person brings the incorrect order?

Yes, we’re in constant contact on WhatsApp and assist in resolving any issues (in  English, French, German and Polish). We closely monitor our warehouse to ensure order accuracy. If there’s an issue, we replace it with a better product, or we provide a refund.

Is there a markup percentage, and is it included in the product prices?

Our prices are based on supermarket prices, and we strive to keep them competitive. Besides a small delivery fee (5-10 EUR), there are no hidden costs. You can optionally add a tip for the supplier, which goes entirely to them.

Is there an option for tipping within the app, and what’s the tipping etiquette?

Yes, there’s a tipping option in the app. All tips go 100% to the person who delivers your provisioning. Feel free to reward them based on your satisfaction with the service. Larger orders and adverse weather conditions can make deliveries more challenging, so consider tipping generously.

Are the products in the app always up-to-date?

Yes, the prices and assortment in our app are always current. We manage our own warehouses and digitally track their stock.
